First bottled way back in the summer of 2014 this then sat on its lees until being disgorged without dosage in November 2023. A textbook example of how extended lees aging can add serious character. Crisp citrus and pastry before a driving saline finish. This piece of history is an absolute steal. Only 500 bottles knocking around, better get a move on. ABV: 12%
