The name s a bit of a giveaway… Blanc de Blancs made from Pinot Blanc. Rare as hen s teeth, but by far the most accessible and easy going to the V et S booze. Fermented in amphora and matured in used oak prior to blending. Secondary ferment in bottle and 18 months on the lees. ABV: 12%
