In case you re not in the know (and shame on u if u aren t) Cantina Giardino is the inspiring project from Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola. Seeking out old vineyards in high in the hills of Campania, they champion and preserve the region’s native varieties, old vines, and the traditional ways of tending them. One of the first in Italy who paved the way for the making of wines with no additions. The wines are honest, soulful expressions of time and place. This is gonna be a blast.
