We re pumped to welcome Four Pillars Gin for a night of boozin. The Melbourne based spirits company was started by three m8s who just wanted to make good stuff to drink, and since they ve been crowned the best gin distillery in Aus three times, I d say they ve achieved their goal. They ve been around in London for a while but flying under the radar, so we re shining a spotlight on these deserving Aussies (so you deserving Aussies and Aussie-adjacents can get your mitts on them). We ll be pouring gins from their elite range, mixologised into lip-smackingly delicious cocktails that ll go great with the sun we probably won t have on the day. So I guess we ll just drown our sorrows? Whatever works.
