I love this expression of Pinot, walking the tightrope between fruit-driven and pleasantly herbaceous. 20% whole bunch, the rest destemmed and fermented in open top vats with only very light extraction taking place. Playful and pretty. This is one of those wines that just glides. So drinkable you ll wonder how the bottle went so fast. I love atypical regions cos it means prices are low but quality is high. Where else would you find exceptional Pinot at this price! ABV: 11%
