A joyous blend from the south-east facing and humid hillside above the village of Scherwiller. The different varieties are pressed together over eight hours extracting structure, texture and color. Gorgouesly oranged hued, aromas of peaches and cream jump out of the glass whilst there is a heap of floral and herbaceous complexity on the palate.
