• The easy-drinking Phone Box White is our signature white blend. Our estate grown Osceola Muscat and L’Acadie make up the majority of the blend and we tend to pick it slightly green (early) to both retain the acidity as well as aide in aromatic structure.

  Fermented long and slow at 12 ̊C to retain aromatic qualities of the grapes. Fermentation halted with a temperature drop early, to leave a slightly higher residual sugar, and to offset the acid structure in the wine. All stainless-steel fermentation.
