Fruit here comes off some very chalky soils on the left bank of the Serein river, and is aged 3 4 in barrel and 1 4 in amphora, so we re talking serious texture. Beautifully creamy aromas and a full, robust body are all balanced by a citrus-y, mineral palate. A modern and intriguing take on Chablis. ABV: 12%
